The Senior Manager - Data Protection Operations is a senior management role responsible for overseeing and driving the direction, operations and process execution of data protection technologies within the Digital Experience Monitoring organization. This individual will lead a team of security engineers, manage Zero Trust and DLP solutions, and ensure the integrity and security of sensitive data across enterprise systems. The Sr. Manager will work closely with IT, security, compliance, and business units to ensure that data protection policies and processes align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.We are looking for a team-oriented technology professional to provide engineering support for our Zero Trust infrastructure across a large enterprise. This individual will work with developers, application owners and security as needed to design, support and implement our Zero Trust solutions to support the enterprise.Required Qualifications

- 7+ years of experience in Data and Cloud security domains.
- 3+ years of experience in DLP and/or Zero Trust tools and technologies (e.g Microsoft Purview, Zscaler, BigID, Symantec)
- 5+ years of experience with cloud security solutions (CASB) is highly preferred.
- 3+ years of experience with managing a security operations team in large-scale, complex environments.
- Experience with data security and privacy regulatory compliance frameworks and standards such as PCI, HIPAA, NIST, FIPS 140-2, GDPR, CCPA.
- Passionate understanding and working knowledge of data protection fundamentals and risk -based approach to information security.
- Continuous improvement mindset for file-tuning processes and controls, and to increase efficiency across the team.
- 3+ years in a leadership role and performance management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Deep knowledge of security principles, access control models, and risk management.
- Strategic thinking and a problem-solving mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and enterprise systems.
- Ability to influence and drive change across an organization while building a strong morale and culture.
- Fosters collaborative decision-making processes that deliver results and exceed expectations.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or other security or privacy certifications are highly desirable.

The typical pay range for this role is:$106,605.00 - $213,210.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
