As a Senior Manager HR Business Partner, you serve as a strategic human resources business partner within a retail Division of approximately 1,000-1,600 stores and 22,000 colleagues. This role will allow you to develop and execute components of the people strategy for the Division. You will utilize human resources centers of excellence to advise, inform and execute the strategy. You will also serve as an HR point of contact for Regional Directors and assist them in the development of their store talent strategies. - Developing divisional people strategies and align, build, and execute the strategies to address the current and future direction of the business
- Providing thought partnership to Talent Development Business Partner and HR Director on talent mobility and development
- Championing a change capable organization that helps colleagues to thrive in a constantly changing environment
- Brokers consulting, project, and other work with COEs, leveraging Enterprise resources and expertise
- Sharing key insights and actioning based on HR data and metrics
- Leveraging technology, tools, and resources to optimize organizational effectiveness (people, process, policy)
- Recognizing, articulating, and helping shape company culture
- Sustaining Leader focus on engagement of colleagues; recognizes trends, designs, and implements solutions
- Facilitating dialogue and discussion to align others on values and encourage collaboration
- 7+ years of Human Resource experience or relevant/applicable experience
- Ability to travel up to 60% (including plane travel)
- Knowledgeable in a variety of HR generalist concepts; ability to identify business opportunities and develop and implement people strategies to address.
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships with field or senior business leaders; ability to coach and develop colleagues at all levels
- Proven collaboration skills, within Division and with members of the HR centers of excellences
- Strong strategic thinking skills; ability to develop, document and communicate strategies
- Able to work autonomously
- Able to gather data, analyze issues, identify root causes, and address opportunities related to a diverse and dynamic slate of business challenges
- Experience in recognizing development gaps and partnering across groups to solve them; strong facilitation and training skills
- Ability to triage and prioritize competing priorities
- Project and change management skills to respond to short and long-term business priorities
- Ability to influence and drive action and accountability in others
- Thoughtful and planful communicator
SHRM Certification or HRCI CertificationEducation
Bachelor's Degree required; equivalent work experience may substitute.Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$82,940.00 - $182,549.40
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
