This is a Technical and Leadership position in CVS Health's PBM Division. The role requires knowledge of planning and execution of End-to-End (ETE) testing across various business functions and process as part of new client implementation on CVS Health Systems and Platforms. The role also requires technical knowledge to work as a System Architect in building test environment capabilities, test data strategy to support End to End testing. While the role might have direct staff, it is a member of the leadership team. The role is equal parts technical and employee organizational.List the essential functions of the job are as under.Directly work with client partner for strategizing, scoping planning and scheduling of ETE testing of new business implementation on CVS Health PBM. Review test environment capabilities, identify gaps and engage IT to build those gaps to accomplish ETE testing meeting client expectations. Provide technical solutions and work arounds to optimize test environment building cost and time. Develop test data management strategy meeting client expectation and in compliance with HIPAA and Security obligations. Manage a team of testers and provide direction, support, and guidance to them, for managing 18+ functional work streams taking part in ETE testing. Directly work with IT Production Support team to manage testing issues and showstoppers. Engage Business work stream leads for business defect triaging and fixing. Engage IT work stream leads for triaging and fixing IT defect. Provide status to leadership and different internal and external stakeholders. Provides metrics on Business Validation planning and test execution processes and defines/drives improvements. Partner with teams across enterprise and serve as subject matter expert to provide benchmarked solutions to multiple complex technical projects/initiatives within own area of expertise and organize cross-departmental application architectural solutions, specific to Client Implementation Testing Help Build automation suit for integrated testing across Digital, Home Delivery and Specialty systems to increase efficiency and reduce overall execution time and cost. Provide direction and support to various big data and analytics initiatives using emerging technologies for FT, Benefits and Clinical. Act as the most senior technical contributor on strategic initiatives for Client Testing Process, Leading Client Test Environment Building Projects, Leading Test Automation Building Projects and supporting Technical Leads on development of Application Architectural & Designs.Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience in a highly complex Technology and Business environment.
  • 5+ Years of leading and managing cross functional teams including external vendors/clients.
  • Knowledge of ETE Business Validation processes and certification methods.
  • Strong Team Management skills. Ex. Planning, budgetary control, people management, process management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding of AI/ML and its implementation in Business Validation processes.

Bachelor's degree preferred; may consider comparable work experiencePay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$75,400.00 - $165,954.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
