The Senior Manager, Dental Network, manages a team of DSO Network Liaisons and reports to the Lead Director. This position has oversight to the working relationships between Network Liaisons and DSO Executives. The Senior Manager has accountability for managing, designing, implementing, and reporting dental network recruitment and retention responsibilities. This position is also responsible for maintaining, reinforcing, and fostering important growth initiatives for network process improvement. This role will also have responsibility for managing and developing value based care, discount improvements and operational support roles.Overview:

Manages a team of Network Liaisons to engage and strengthen DSO relationships, further develop value based care, discount improvements/analysis and DSO operational support.
Develops and manages recruitment and retention projects to grow the Dental Network.
Analyzes financial and market data to develop Network growth strategy and cost savings.
Assists in the development of policies and delivery systems in conjunction with the Network.
Refine the Value Based Care process with a focus on contracting, scaling, development and reporting.
Drive DSO discount improvement through analysis and recommendations.
Support DSO operational support and increase quality controls.
Develops procedures to ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
Develops processes to streamline workflows and maintain accurate and current provider information.
Creatively problem solves for clients, consultants, and providers to assist with Network escalations.
Develops internal training material.
Assists in development of external provider communication.Required Qualifications7+ years of of Team Lead or project management experience to lead or participate in projects and initiatives.
Knowledge of current health insurance marketplace.
Proven working knowledge of DSO financial and operational issues as they relate to health/dental insurance.
Analytical and critical thinker.
Consistently meet deadlines, work well under pressure, and organizational awareness.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of corporate personnel.
Communicative and collaborative with strong use of emotional intelligence.
Microsoft Office Proficiency, Emphasis on Excel, PPT, Teams
Ability and willingness to travel, including overnight stays. (10% as assigned)Preferred Qualifications
3+ years' experience leading a Network Development Team or related field.
Deep knowledge of dental insurance market, including competitor strategies, contracting arrangements, and regulatory requirements.Education

The typical pay range for this role is:$67,900.00 - $199,144.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
