Seeking an experienced Strategy Senior Manager with excellent consulting, problem solving, and communication skills.The Customer Experience Strategy Senior Manager is responsible for managing strategic projects that drive value to CVS Health customers and businesses. The Senior Manager will work closely with the Executive Director, Customer Experience Strategy, and with various business partners across the enterprise understand strategic opportunities and context, and then help develop and execute project plans that explore and address these opportunities.Common tasks include root cause analysis, business case development, interviewing subject matter experts, consolidating and summarizing disparate data into a compelling and executive-level narrative, developing and managing project plans, reporting to key stakeholders, managing project risks, and providing ad hoc strategic decision support.This is a remote opportunity that can be done anywhere in the USRequired Qualifications

  • 7-10 years work experience
  • 3+ years of strategy consulting/program management experience, preferably in the healthcare space
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA, MPA, or advanced Finance or Medical degree
  • A strategic mindset, familiarity with strategic business frameworks, and an ability to connect insights across a variety of data sources and link them to the operational and financial realities of the business.
  • Comfortable and experienced in working with and presenting to senior leadership.
  • Ability to quickly gain credibility with stakeholders, establish rapport, and lead meetings and initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for solving complex problems.
  • Independent project management skills: strong attention to detail and ability to proactively manage multiple priorities simultaneously (often about different subjects).
  • Compelling communication and storytelling skills, including communication of insights and recommendations both in writing and verbal presentations in a digestible manner that is actionable to the business.
  • A growth mindset that includes the ability to accept and act upon feedback.
  • Curiosity about our customers and a desire to drive a better and richer understanding of our customers and their needs deeper into the organization.
  • Experience studying and/ or influencing customer, patient, or member experience
  • Adept at building relationships and influencing others without formal authority.
  • PowerPoint, Word, and Excel and data visualization skills that result in compelling, professional presentations.
  • Experience working with or for health plans.
  • Experience working with or for retail organizations.
  • Experience working in a complex organization across a variety of stakeholder groups.
Education
Required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience ( 4 years)

Preferred: MBA, MPA, or advanced Finance or Medical degreePay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$82,940.00 - $182,549.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
