Position Summary:

  • This position requires an agile, collaborative, strategic and results-oriented leader who will partner across the organization to proactively monitor the Payor solutions portfolio's complex technological Data Flow.
  • This role requires strong partnership and engagement across all aspects of the payor solutions and life sciences organization as well as our technical supporting organizations.
  • The ideal candidate would have extensive experience working across technical, product, and clinical teams to drive results.

  • Responsible for partnering with product and technical teams to develop a deep understanding of how all products in the portfolio are designed to technically work and what systems are leveraged for E2E delivery as well as the business outcomes expected to be driven by each of the systems. Must maintain strong relationship with product and technical teams to adapt understanding and monitoring processes in accordance with product development changes.
    • Develop and execute a robust proactive monitoring process overseeing data flow to ensure product is technically performing as expected. Which includes, development of requirements for necessary dashboards, automation, providing near real time monitoring of the product's data movement (internally and externally), and proactively identify and communicate any instances in which technical outcomes are not matching defined expectations.
  • Accountable for reviewing data flow at the portfolio, product, Core areas ( eg, plan, benefit, claim, drug), vendor, campaign, opportunity, Channel, client and member level, etc. This would support standard product versions as well as customizations.
  • Partnering with technical teams and other internal teams to socialize technical issues identified.
  • Responsible for Identifying ways to synergize proactive monitoring across all products in the portfolio to increase efficiency and reduce redundancies.
  • Responsible and accountable for continuous improvement of the monitoring process to account for innovation and changes in data flow and movement of processes from manual to automated.
  • Responsible for proactively monitoring technological key performance indicators of the various products and reoccurring communication to partners (both within payor solutions and other key partners) on product's technological "health."
Location:
This position can work remotely or office from one of the CVS Health corporate locations in Boston, North Carolina, New York, or Chicago.

Required Qualifications

Knowledge of:

• 7+ years of experience in a Healthcare leadership role and/or higher education

• 1 year of experience working with a geographically diverse team of primarily Work-from-Home colleagues.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with varying levels of contacts, including executive leadership, department leadership, capability enablers and consultants.

• Demonstrated success in the areas of collaboration, teamwork, and execution across multiple departments to deliver results.

• Strong decision-making, analytical and organizational skills

• Ability to develop and execute strategic and tactical business plans

• Exercise sound business judgment to achieve proper balance between objectives and stakeholder engagement.

• Experience with Clinical, Care Management, Payor Agnostic products, payers, and operations with the ability to solve complex problems through people in other functional organizations.

• Extensive experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving innovation.

• Experience facilitating buy-in and engagement across diverse stakeholder groups.

• Ability to anticipate risks and mitigate effectively.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including active listening, self-management and awareness, emotional intelligence, and ability to flex interpersonal style

Education:

Bachelor's degree; will consider comparable work experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$130,295.00 - $260,590.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
