Position Summary
As a Senior Manager, Automation Solution Architect, you will be an individual contributor bringing in your automation solution architect capabilities to help shape the Robotics & Automation initiative in the finance organization. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of our finance transformation and opportunities to improve processes and have an influence on the direction of the company abound. In this role, you will lead and develop complex solutions to manual processes within Finance, leverage your knowledge in multiple applications to automate processes, mentor junior developers, evaluate emerging technology. You are expected to be well versed in Program Management, Business Partner Engagement, Process Improvement Strategy, etc. Additionally, your experience in Automation Anywhere or a similar RPA tool and boast a varied tool kit of programming and automation use case experience: across enterprise and web applications, structured/un-structures data sources, SQL/Non-SQL DBs, APIs, Python, Microsoft Power Platform, and other no/low code automations are critical success factors. Some of your responsibilities will be:
- Working with a team of Developers to automate processes in the Finance domain
- Successfully creating and delivering automation solutions
- Orchestrating and maintaining robotic (Bot) processes and its environments
- Developing and managing Bots
- Optimizing and automating problematic processes like unsupported reconciliations, manual accounting, data manipulation, functionality gaps in systems, and ineffective manual controls
- Reviewing code and mentoring teams optimizing and developing process automation
- Establishing processes to integrate various existing tools to expediate process performance
- Serving as an architect and quality control
- Creating policies and procedures to govern the development and deployment of automation
- Training and mentoring developers to code new tasks
- Working with other application support teams to integrate processes
- Evaluating emerging technology and identify use cases and potential ROI
- 7 or more years overall relevant experience
- 5 or more years' professional experience within Finance, IT, or Analytics
- Master's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or related field
- 5+ or more years of application development or quality assurance engineering experience.
- 5+ or more years of experience in automation solution design and construction; developing and maintaining automation frameworks; and developing automation standards and guidelines.
- Experience with Alteryx and Robotic Process Automation using Automation Anywhere as the development tool; Experience with no/low code automations, SQL/Non-SQL DBs, APIs, Microsoft Power Platform; and coding with VBA or VBScript and Python.
- Preferred RPA certification (ex. RPA, UI Path, Blue Prism) and Alteryx Core certification.
- Bachelor's degree required and or equivalent work experience; Master's degree preferred.
The typical pay range for this role is:
$118,450.00 - $236,900.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
