This position will be responsible for work intake, prioritization, assessment, development and deployment of automation projects for the Medicare business. Evaluates new and emerging technologies and is able to introduce/explain new technology to business partners. He/She will also be responsible for conducting business roadmap calls to help our business partners understand emerging technology in addition to scheduling work for their organization. This position will lead a team including contractors, developers, scrum masters, and BA's. Responsible for department budget including tracking expenditures and allocations. Responsible for transition of newly developed automation solutions to a production support team. Responds to all senior leadership requests for automation information. Responsible for technical oversight in cooperation with Automation Architects. Creates status reporting for senior leadership.Required Qualifications:

- 7+ years experience working on automation team
- 5+ years experience with Agile methodologies
- Experience with Change control tools (Service Now preferred)
- Experience with a robotic processing language (Automation Anywhere preferred)
- Experience with Agile tools (Rally preferred)
- Experience in evaluating/using emerging technologies
- Experience with Automation Anywhere
- Experience with Emerging Technology evaluation
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)
The typical pay range for this role is:$118,450.00 - $236,900.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
