Develops critical asset protection strategies, policies, and programs to mitigate External Theft and Organized Retail Crime. Provides leadership,
guidance, and performance management to ensure the effective execution of asset protection initiatives that reduce loss. Conducts deep analysis and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats to company assets, developing and measuring solutions that prevent and mitigate retail crime. Collaborates with cross-functional internal and external teams, such as operations, law enforcement, retail industry associations and solution providers. Analyzes department's key performance indicators (KPIs) related to external theft, conducting regular reporting and presenting findings to senior management. Develops and delivers asset protection training programs to employees, raising awareness of theft and promoting a culture of vigilance and compliance. Stays informed about emerging security technologies, industry trends, and best practices in asset protection, product protection, investigations and retail crime legislation. Implements continuous

Required Job Qualifications
Prior Relevant Work Experience 7-10 years investigating and resolving complex retail crime. Demonstrated ability to review, evaluate and measure the effectiveness of technical and community based solutions that reduce risk.

Preferred Qualifications
Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills. Expertise in gathering business intelligence, collaboration and teamwork. Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills with a growth mindset and agility for developing yourself and others. Education
Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice or Business Management preferred but not required. Certification in Covert Surveillance, Interview Skills and OSIT Investigations.Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$75,400.00 - $165,954.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
