As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will support the Medicare Part D Employer Group Waiver Plans billing/reconciliation team related to invoicing, subsidy calculations/reporting and adhoc requests and projects. You will also support the financial implementation of new and existing clients related to these plans.

You will be required to lead Employer Group client implementations calls surrounding finance items. You will educate, recommend, and support new clients to capture intent to successfully execute pertinent financial processes. You will support the new client's post go-live for reeducation purposes, compliance, and various audit requests.

You will work directly with internal business partners to understand the full scope of client billing to resolve issues stemming from upstream processes, therefore proficiency in managing and leading projects as a subject matter expert is necessary. You will also be responsible for SilverScript's Self-Insured EGWP claim billing inputs/outputs. Great attention to detail is a must in this position as accuracy is critical to the achievement of the financial goals set by the organization.

This position involves facilitating monthly client reporting activities and internal business partner questions/requests. You will also be leading calls as a subject matter expert with clients to resolve any issues related to our processes. Other support duties will include, but are not limited to credit and collection activities; report validation; quality review, preparation of departmental reporting and other duties as assigned by the manager.

Proven time management skills and the ability to complete multiple tasks at the same time.This opportunity is with the CVS Health Medicare Part D business and therefore will require a constant focus on maintaining compliance with Federal and State regulations.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of finance and/or Medicare Part D experience

1+ year of experience with Microsoft ExcelPreferred Qualifications

MST or PST preference, Salesforce, SAP, OnDemand, 2+ years of Medicare Part D experience, Data analysisEducation
High School Diploma Required; Associates Degree or above preferredPay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $102,000.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
