And we do it all with heart, each and every day.We're looking for a Senior Designer/Content Creator to join Heart Haus, the internal agency within CVS Health to ideate, design and create content across various platforms to connect with our audience and achieve specific goals, such as brand awareness or engagement.You will ideate and create high-quality creative for projects across brand and marketing initiatives including marketing content, social media content, video content and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment with our overall marketing objectives. You will have strong design skills and an understanding of the production skills necessary to bring your ideas to life.The ideal candidate will have a portfolio filled with relevant design and creative examples. - Ideate and create engaging content that aligns with brand vision, standards and guidelines.
- Provide clear visual direction for assigned projects.
- Create top-notch visual content (videos, photos, graphics, etc.)
- Ability to approach existing content with an editorial eye to find new solutions.
- Partner with writing peers on creative storytelling, both written and visual.
- C ollaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with marketing strategies .
- Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with peers and business teams.
- Portfolio links or creative samples must be included with resume for consideration.
- Minimum 5-7 years working as a designer with relevant experience.
- Experience ideating and creating content including basic video editing skills.
- Experience with animation and motion graphics.
- Ability to understand a marketing brief and translate that input into ideas.
- Ability to work independently or within a small working group.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- Team player with enthusiasm, positive attitude and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done.
- Must have the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for quality.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient with Premier and AfterEffects.
- Proficient with Figma.
- Proficient on a Mac and with Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
- Experience in the healthcare or health and wellness industry desired.
- Knowledge of working for a large, complex client organization and/or creative marketing agencies or marketing organizations.
- Experience with MRM tools (i.e. Workfront).
High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's Degree preferred in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Anticipated Weekly Hours

The typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $159,120.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
