The Senior Decision Scientist will play a pivotal role in advancing the analytics and reporting capabilities within the retail healthcare delivery business. The primary focus of this position is to harness insights from diverse data sources, including Electronic Medical Records (EMR), claims data, digital interactions, financial data, revenue cycle information, and more. The Senior Decision Scientist will be responsible for building actionable dashboards, enabling the strategic application of advanced methodologies such as Impact Evaluation, A/B Testing, and Marketing Campaign Analytics to optimize business strategies and drive growth .

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience working in data analysis
- 5+ years' hands-on experience using SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
- 3+ years' experience with Python, performing advanced statistical analysis and modeling
- 3+ years' experience with Tableau, designing, developing, and maintaining insightful and actionable dashboards, showcasing strong data visualization and storytelling skills
- 3+ years' demonstrated business acumen with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable strategic recommendations
- 3+ years' advanced data wrangling skills, including experience in collecting, cleaning, transforming, and aggregating data from multiple sources to build comprehensive datasets for analysis
- 3+ years' experience with data management and data modeling principles, showcasing the ability to design and implement efficient data structures
- 3+ years' experience in stakeholder management, including effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- 2+ years' hands-on experience using cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery (BQ), AWS or Azure for data storage, processing, and analysis
- Prior experience within the healthcare sector, particularly in retail healthcare delivery, bringing valuable industry knowledge and insights
- Strong project management capabilities, showcasing the ability to effectively manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to analyze complex business challenges, identify root causes, and recommend data-driven solutions
- Experience in defining and measuring KPIs for diverse business cases
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, driving understanding and influencing decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a related field is preferred but not required

The typical pay range for this role is:$83,430.00 - $222,480.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
