Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced analytics professional to help support the smooth and efficient operation of Workforce Management operations. We operate in a swift-moving environment and collaborate closely with our business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver business value through data analytics, machine learning, data engineering, and business intelligence. The ideal candidate will support intraday management with strong data analytics, must be comfortable presenting to senior leadership, and skilled in using exceptional storytelling to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies.

Responsibilities
Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for analytics deliverables.
• Use exceptional storytelling to present insights and recommendations.
• Deliver data products that drive business value and enable successful execution of business strategies.
Data Analysis & Insights:
• Conduct in-depth data analysis using prescriptive analytics, statistical analysis, and machine learning techniques.
• Assist in the development, validation, and deployment of advanced machine learning models and algorithms.
• Transform complex data analyses into clear, actionable insights and effectively present them to senior leaders through compelling storytelling.
Data Engineering and Management:
• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines to ensure efficient data flow and integration from various sources.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all analytics projects.
• Work with relational and non-relational data structures to manage, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
Business Intelligence:
• Develop and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards using tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Tableau.
• Monitor and Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business efficiency.
Professional Development:
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and integrate them into the team's work.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
• Collaborate and cross-train with analytics colleagues.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in an analytics role.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Experience with prescriptive analytics, statistical analysis, and machine learning model & algorithm development.
- Exceptional storytelling capabilities to communicate complex data insights effectively.
- Experience developing clear and intuitive data visualizations.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, GCP, Azure, AWS).
- Strong Collaboration: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver effective data solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Exposure to analyzing KPI trends and results, & dissemination designed for executive level leadership (VP & above)
- 1+ years' experience working with WFM industry standard software (Verint, IEX, etc.)
- Familiarity with Snowflake, Google BigQuery, Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of GitLab, Visual Studio, Microsoft PowerBi.
- Experience mentoring or training junior analysts and providing guidance on best practices.
- Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
