As the NEJE Premium Billing Senior Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our NEJE Premium Billing department. This position demands a team player to take on managing diverse aspects of premium billing operations. The role requires a blend of strong financial acumen, adaptability, and excellent communication skills, making you a pivotal member of our team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCash Application: Manage lockbox payments, remote deposits, and any misapplied/unapplied funds within our databases and billing systems (FACETS/SAP).Autopay Support: Learn and support SSA/EFT/RCD autopay processes, gradually taking on various aspects of these operations to develop proficiency in managing and executing these tasks.Member billing support: Investigate and resolve member billing concerns, collaborating with internal teams as needed. Assist in weekly member statement generation, and faxing statements to members as needed.Good Cause Reinstatements: review and processes member good cause reinstatement requests for members experience significant life events. Reinstate qualifying members in accordance with Medicare Part D guidelines, ensuring strict compliance with all requirements.This is a hybrid role that will require a partial on-site presence 3 days per week and can be located in Scottsdale, AZ, Northbrook, IL, Irving, TX, Hartford, CT, or Woonsocket, RI. - 1+ year of professional experience in a customer service, billing, finance, accounting, healthcare operations role, or other Med D related field
- 1+ year of Microsoft Excel and Outlook experience
- Experience using SAP, FACETS, COMPASS, EMA or Peoplesafe
- Experience with bank lockbox check processing, and/or credit card processing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Access, Word, Visio, PowerPoint
- Well organized with the ability to effectively prioritize work
- Strong attention to detail & ability to effectively work within a team
- Ability to handle high volume of work within defined turnaround times coupled with excellent quality
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred

The typical pay range for this role is:$18.50 - $35.29This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
