The Senior Coordinator, Med D Coordination of Benefits, role requires an ambitious, motivated, and eager individual looking to work for an industry-leading company. The position is in our PBM Finance Operations Member Experience department and will be part of the Medicare Coordination of Benefits (COB)/Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) team, a group responsible for ensuring the appropriate adjudication of claims across multiple payers.As a Senior Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing and interpreting claims data in all adjudication platforms. You will take part in a variety of tasks and projects across the COB/MSP team. To be successful in this role, you will need to communicate effectively in individual and group situations, as well as the ability to plan assignments, develop action plans, and complete tasks in a timely manner.Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year of professional work experience in a financial operations, claims, customer service, or other healthcare related role
  • 1+ year of experience and proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CVS Caremark PBM business operations and practices
  • Experience utilizing the AS400 system
  • Familiar with Medicare Part D standards and practices
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high volume workloads with defined turnaround times, coupled with strong attention to detail and quality
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and determine conclusions.
  • Ability to learn increasingly complex concepts, regulations, policies, and procedures
Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

The typical pay range for this role is:$18.50 - $35.29This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
