Position Summary
Audit, review day to day processes, train, ensure compliance and quality, and maximize efficiencies utilizing all systemic tools and Lean Management philosophies.

Required Qualifications

Administers the inventory quality strategy to define acceptable quality levels, storage requirements, expiration management, and protocols specific to clinical settings.
Manages quality control checks for incoming inventory items through visual inspections and product verification.
Maintains clinical records of inspections, quality control checks, supplier information, and expiration dates.
Monitors quality issues, non-conformance, and/or deviations within the inventory quality control department.
Communicates with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to address inventory quality compliance issues.
Observes the organization, storage conditions, cleanliness, and integrity of the clinical inventory department.
Operates within a quality control team to verify received inventory items against purchase orders or packing slips.
Completes inventory assessments and reviews documentation and records in collaboration with staff members.
Organizes staff training to evaluate comprehension and adherence to inventory quality compliance practices and protocols.

Trains on site and virtually

Travels for onsite audits and trainings as needed.

Must be know SAP(preferred)

Must have experience with Microsoft Office tools (excel)

Knowledge and previous experience writing or editing SOP/WIs

Process Improvement (preferred)

Can work independently or as a team

Will be working on teams monthly score card Metrics

Good Oral and written communications skills

Ability to communicate with all levels of employees and explain tasks/metrics

Must be able to stand, sit, walk, stretch, bend and lift for various periods of time

Preferred Qualifications
Adept at problem solving and decision making skills
Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) preferred.

Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$18.50 - $31.72

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
