The Senior Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and executing the cash reconciliation process within the organization. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of financial operations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate cash management, identify discrepancies, and implement efficient processes to enhance overall financial integrity.What you will do

- Maintain the daily cash reconciliation processes, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are promptly resolved.
- Develop and maintain reconciliation procedures, policies, and documentation to enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyze cash flow patterns and provide insights to management regarding financial trends and anomalies.
- Prepare and present monthly cash reconciliation reports to direct leadership, summarizing findings and recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of Quarterly reviews including forecasts related to cash management.
- Implement and monitor internal controls related to cash handling and reconciliation processes.
- Train and mentor junior staff on cash reconciliation best practices and procedures.
- Stay updated on company regulations, and best practices related to cash management and reconciliation.
- A minimum of 2 of experience in cash reconciliation, finance, or accounting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft software, including Microsoft Excel is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards related to cash management. Credits and Liabilities as well as Forward Balance knowledge is a plus.
- High School Diploma or GED
The typical pay range for this role is:$18.50 - $35.29This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
