We are looking for a detail oriented, self-motivated, and collaborative Senior Financial Analyst to support our Rebate Forecast Team at CVS Caremark. The ideal candidate will be curious and passionate about data, and have strong attention to detail. This individual will be responsible for developing True Cost rebate forecast estimates and have the ability to articulate the nuances of a highly analytical model to support CVS Caremark's True Cost offerings. You should be comfortable working in large Excel files and provide thoughtful and accurate analysis to our internal and external stakeholders.

As a Sr. Analyst True Cost Rebate Forecasting you will...- Create and manage rebates estimates at the drug level.

- Become the subject matter expert and owner of drug level rebate forecasting processes including guarantee set up and maintenance where applicable.

- Work cross functionally with various internal and external shareholders

- Provide data and analysis to support the unit's mission of providing the highest quality data analysis.

- Prepare and quality check, drug level True Cost offerings.

- Provide consultative support to internal stakeholders on drug level True Cost offerings.

- Write and modify SQL scripts to drive insightful reporting.

Communicate processes and requirements to both business and technical staff.

- Identify and analyze trends and report key findings to leadership.

Required Qualifications
- 3 years professional experience in data analytics, finance, pricing or process improvement role or equivalent combination of professional experience and education.

- 2 years professional experience in data analytics, finance, pricing, or process improvement role including 1+ year working with PBM data or PBM financial analysis

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Microsoft Excel-based analysis and SQL

- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and critical thinking skill sets are required.

- Ability to story tell the findings in clear, concise way when articulating the findings of the analysis to sales, underwriting and other stakeholders.

- Prior experience or knowledge of PBM industry or pharmaceuticals is preferred.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines and competing priorities.

- Prior experience working across many different groups within an organization.

- Prior experience designing, implementing, and optimizing new business processes.

- Strong presentation and communication skills with experience presenting to various business groups.

- Ability to interact with others in a collegial and professional manner and help foster teamwork and knowledge sharing to complete key tasks.

- Aptitude to communicate complex findings and conclusions in an easy-to-understand way.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Operations, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Data Science, Economics or other data related fields preferred.

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
