patterns, and insights to assess program effectiveness, efficiency, and impact. Assists in the planning and development of programs and
initiatives through contributing to the design and implementation of program structures, processes, and timelines. Tracks project progress,
milestones, and deliverables while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Engages with internal and external stakeholders to gather
requirements, gathers feedback, and fosters collaboration. Identifies and assesses risks associated with program implementation by
monitoring and evaluating risk factors throughout the program lifecycle and makes recommendations for adjustments as needed. Manages
program-related data and documentation by ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and integrity. Recommends and implements changes to
enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality. Develops and implements monitoring and evaluation plans to assess program outcomes and
impact. Provides guidance and support to junior analysts and team members by fostering a learning culture and contributing to professional
development within the program management team. S upports drafting and maintaining internal and external communications, marketing content, etc.

Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years' project or program management, product management, or operations experience.
  • 2+ years of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint specifically) experience
  • Visio, Excel, SharePoint experience
  • High level problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and - Attention to detail
  • Adept at growth mindset skills (agility and developing yourself and others)
  • Adept at execution and delivery skills (planning, delivering, and supporting)
  • Strong business and strategic intelligence
  • A bility to prioritize needs and simultaneously support multiple projects
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years healthcare experience
  • 3-5 years' work experience in project or program management, product management, operations.
  • Medical management product experience
Education
  • Bachelor's degree preferred/relevant experience of 3-5 years
Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $91,800.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
