Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a similar role
• In depth understanding of Clinical/Utilization Management concepts like Prior Authorization
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL
• Familiarity with product management tools (Rally)
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsEducation

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $91,800.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
