The Senior Analyst, Network Relations, is the liaison between Aetna and an assigned group of DSOs. This role acts as a resource for all dental products (DHMO, PPO, Medicare) to DSO leadership and staff, providers, sales, and marketing to aid in the achievement of Aetna Key Performance Measures. This person serves as a subject matter expert, demonstrating a strong understanding of Aetna's Dental Products and market position. The Senior Analyst negotiates provider contract language and compensation. This role is responsible to work cross functionally to resolve provider concerns, document resolution, and effectively communicate to all parties.

  • Responsible for account management of DSOs and large dental groups to support network strategic initiatives.
  • Negotiates contracts at all organizational levels. Strong emphasis on analysis to identify and implement cost saving strategies.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally to resolve provider issues with the utmost urgency.
  • Recruits providers as needed to attain network expansion and meet access needs.
  • Communicates early warning signs of potential issues/risks to management.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience building strong B2B relationships.
  • 2 years of Dental industry knowledge, DSO experience a plus.
  • Solid focus on data analytics to identify cost savings opportunities.
  • Forward thinking to identify DSO-related network risks and opportunities.
  • Independent and self-motivated with a collaborative team focus.
  • Demonstrates clear and effective, concise, and appropriate written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency, Emphasis on Excel
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years dental provider relations experience
  • DHMO product experience
Education
  • Bachelors Degree and/or 2+ years provider relations experience

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
