Manages and maintains relationships with healthcare providers within a network by negotiating contracts, evaluating provider performance, resolving issues or disputes, identifying network expansion opportunities, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Additional Responsibilities to include but not limited to the following:- Administers the issue resolution system for the network to help analysts investigate and troubleshoot network issues detected through monitoring systems.
- Analyzes complex network issues that may affect bandwidth utilization, latency, packet loss, and network availability.
- Applies in-depth knowledge of network capacity planning to estimate future growth and identify potential network obstacles.
- Collaborates with cross-functional IT operations, security, and software teams to ensure smooth network operations and system integrations.
- Generates routine reports on network performance, incidents, and patterns to illustrate trends for internal and external stakeholders.
- Configures routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points to ensure that network equipment is functioning properly.
- Coordinates the monitoring of security logs and security events in order to track potential security vulnerabilities or incidents.
- Examines technologies such as network virtualization software and cloud computing tools to assess the benefits and impacts of possible integrations.
Identifies opportunities to collaborate with vendors on procurement strategies regarding network equipment in order to meet contractual obligations.Required Qualifications- 3 years work experience
- Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skillsPreferred Qualifications- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.EducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent GED Anticipated Weekly Hours

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $102,000.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
