Job Purpose and Summary: The Supply Chain Performance - Senior Analyst is responsible for working cross-functionally with stakeholders throughout the CVS organization and the vendor community to streamline, standardize and implement supply chain processes designed to drive effectiveness and efficiency in the CVS supply chain. This position is tasked with supporting the daily requirements of the CVS Health Supply Chain Performance compliance programs by monitoring key performance metrics and counseling vendors to meet CVS targets and/or benchmarks. In addition, this position will be responsible for reporting key performance metrics to merchant and supply chain leadership.

Responsibilities and % of Time:

Collaborate with internal, cross-functional business partners of various levels to administer the CVS Compliances program, 20%
Address strategic opportunities pertaining to supply chain performance, as well as be the direct point of contact for vendors. 20%
Manage ad hoc projects related to Supply Chain solutions and process improvement.

Execute management's strategic vision in the daily performance of supply chain collaboration and performance activities, dispute resolution, vendor performance collaboration and counseling and tracking and reporting of results, 20%

Provide direction to program participants (vendors) for improvement opportunities to drive supply chain effectiveness and efficiency, 10%

Understand industry standards and supply chain performance programs of CVS' retail competitors to ensure CVS remains comparable. 10%Required Qualifications3 years of Database experience utilizing SQL

3 years of prior relevant work experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Access and ExcelSkill In:
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills to communicate effectively at all levels cross functionally
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to effectively prioritize and manage multiple initiatives to maximize the business impact
Ability To:
  • Ability to effectively work cross functionally with teams
  • Proven ability to construct and present data to support recommendations and project objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis, independently solve business problems, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Ability to design and implement sustainable processes
Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of:
  • Vendor performance and/or relationship management
Ability To:
  • Proven ability to influence and drive decision-making and consensus across all levels within the organization
Education:

Bachelor's degree or Equivalent years of experiencePay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
