As a Sr Analyst, FP&A for the Aetna (Health Insurance) arm of CVS, you will help in achieving the financial and strategic goals of the Southeast Region by providing decision support and financial analysis to optimize regional results. The goal will be to support the region to help them manage and grow their Commercial products. You will report to the Region CFO, Exec Director while working closely the Region Deputy CFO, Lead Director and the remainder of the Southeast finance team. Projects include the following:

-Support the monthly financial close, planning and forecasting processes.
-You will support P&L/cost center owner level reporting, including detailed membership and financial metrics
-Analyze key performance metrics to identify areas to focus on and analyze results
-You will collaborate with constituent areas including Regional Leadership, Actuarial, Underwriting, Network and Medical Economics.
-Present findings to Market CFO
-Numbers and data oriented role; must be comfortable working in that environmentRequired Qualifications
3+ years working experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 or more years of financial experience (such as financial planning, analysis, P&L, reporting or accounting)
- A good understanding of the Health Insurance industry, including the key metrics and relationships that are drivers to success
- A very strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and its advanced functions.Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics preferred or 2 to 4 years equivalent work experience in the healthcare industry.Hybrid role located in Hartford, CTPay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
