management and maintenance of assigned reports, report development, and the performance of analytical research as required.
With respect to reporting, the Sr Financial Analyst, Adjustment Reporting and Research would own multiple assigned reports, and would have
principal responsibility for assuring that Service Level process timelines are satisfied, for monitoring and tracking process performance, and
for identifying and recommending opportunities for process improvement. The reports that the Sr analyst would own, serve a vital purpose in
provide context of our claim adjustment process to not only internal but also external partners.Regarding process and procedure development, the Sr Financial Analyst, Adjustment Reporting and Research would be responsible for
defining procedure tasks, for documenting both the process and its associated work instructions, and for successfully implementing this newly
defined process. With respect to analytical research, this Claims Analyst would work with service requesters to understand the specific nature of the question being raised, would utilize proprietary tools to research these questions, and would the present the findings to the requester; assuring that the requester's needs have been fully addressed.This is a great position to both learn about various aspects of our business and to develop the foundation skills necessary for future, sustained success within our organization.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Financial Operations experience
- Claims review through AS400 with a focus on adjudication or benefit knowledge
- PBM experience and knowledge; Pharmacy claims adjudication
- Experience preparing reports and displaying data to help requestors make informed decisions
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and ensure accuracy in reports
- Strong relationship building and collaboration skills in order to work effectively with others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate findings to requestors
- PBM (Prescription benefit Management) industry experience
- Rx Claim Adjudication System experience
- Medicare Part D experience
- Experience with SQL (Structured Query Language) and SAP
- Bachelor's Degree required

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
