- Collaborate with department leadership to develop, train, coach, and mentor team members; provide technical expertise critical for achieving key performance measures; review the work of others or assist in quality assurance initiatives

- Perform inventory and workload management across the team to achieve performance goals

- Manage assigned projects and ensure project plans and work tasks are in alignment with overall department and organizational goals; manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities

- Lead, develop, and support initiatives to improve productivity, accuracy, and internal processes

- Solve complex problems, take a new perspective on existing solutions, research and respond to eligibility and other enrollment related issues

- Collaborate and communicate with internal and external business partners to understand and implement enterprise initiatives and goals

- Evaluate complex or high visibility cases, identify risk and recommend appropriate measures to manage risk

- Operate independently and take initiative, anticipate and prevent problems and roadblocks before they occur, provide accurate and timely results

- Assist with and/or evaluate recommendations involving eligibility reporting solutions and negotiate with internal and external clients

Required Qualifications

- Experience as a Senior Eligibility Consultant or Advanced Analyst, Eligibility

- Proficiency in processing accurate and timely policy and eligibility data, ensuring services and products meet the plan sponsor needs

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities

- A team player capable of operating independently when needed

- Provides accurate and timely results

- Delegates and follows up as needed

- Demonstrated leadership skills, coaches and mentors others

- Ability to manage high work volume and oversee a variety of incoming work flows

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills which demonstrate the ability to interact courteously and effectively with both internal and external customers; skills include listening and comprehension, constructive feedback, spelling, grammar, proofreading, and telephone communication

- Demonstrated ability to creatively solve problems and create improvements

Education

High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
