Critical thinking skills are essential, and an analytical approach to visual merchandising is a must , which will ensure continued growth in the personalized products business at CVS . Assume responsibility for the day-to-day planning and execution of onsite and offsite collateral for the CVS.com/Photo website: inclusive of promo code and disclaimer creation, asset proofing, design strategy and UX. Alongside the Merchandising Manager of Digital Photo, the ideal candidate will own the end-to-end CVS Digital Photo content strategy inclusive of implementation seeing projects through from ideation to execution. Must be aware of best-in-class site merchandising strategy across retailers and be prepared to advocate for site improvements based on competitors and internal data.Required QualificationsThe successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, be a self-starter, and able to be highly productive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.The ideal candidate will have the following knowledge / skill / ability:

- 5+ years of experience in merchandising, curation, or ecommerce
- Eagerness to learn, and strong internal drive to stay ahead of latest site merchandising developments across top digital retailers and brands
- Must be extremely detail-oriented and be very organized
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in B2C digital merchandising with a history of making data-driven decisions
- Proven track record of managing website and mobile app merchandising programs
- Ability to clearly articulate and present merchandising strategy and results
- Any tasks as directed by supervisor or manager
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience
- Travel- Ability, and willingness, to travel regularly, 10% of time, based on needs of the business.
- 8+ years' experience in onsite merchandising, digital product management, or related field, especially in a consumer-focused, multiple product category e-commerce sites
- Experience using Adobe analytics or a similar site analytics platform.
- Experience in Agile Framework for product development
- Demonstrated ability to understand not only business KPIs and initiatives, but also possess a deep understanding of the technical backend and be able to participate in project release and business requirement documentation
- Passion for digital and how new offerings and capabilities can meaningfully drive engagement, empowerment, and the overall consumer experience in health care
- Experience leading a high-performing team

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
