Please replace this section with the Job Responsible for the analysis, design, posting, testing and maintenance of business forms both internal and member facing for multiple business areas across the organization. Works with internal business owners, and operational support areas. Ensures design, quality, timelines & cost savings are achieved on all assignments. Analyzes business content & requirements, translating detailed data into brand constructed forms. Responsible for the creation, revision, technical specifications, including the tagging for fillable data fields. Produces multiple versions of production pdfs for use by business client servers/tools, websites, fulfillment applications. Responsible for opening and maintaining folder and assignment records, closing assignments upon completion, and managing the storage of assignment documentation, source and production files. Must ensure key performance metrics are achieved (i.e., development/delivery cycle; compliance). Able to work with fulfillment application to upload forms and test output display. Responsible for uploading finalized pdf files to department repositories. Posts artwork files for print vendors following proper construction specifications on print supplier portal.

Required Qualifications

Experience as a Graphic Designer

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word & Adobe Acrobat & InDesign (PC platform).

Dreamweaver skills required.

Candidate must have strong listening, analytical, detail oriented, proofing & project mgmt. skills (i.e., planning, scheduling, organization, time mgmt.).

Must have a strong work ethic, editing skills and good grammar.

Must have the ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment while demonstrating strong customer service skills & flexibility.

Must be able to work independently and as a team player and be a self-motivated, quick learner.

Preferred Qualifications
2-4 years of experience designing forms or document composition.

HTML; ability to work with SQL server database; solid keying skills required.

Strong organizational, attention to detail, verbal & written communication skills.

Knowledge of accessibility and digital experience a plus.Education

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
