The Medicare Pending Sr. Analyst is responsible for daily analyzing, testing, provisioning, and updating Workflows/Guides. The Sr. Analyst will comply with business requirements and workflow specifications to facilitate the technical team with the best techniques for proper results. Works with various Project managers, Consultants, and management staff to provide system and workflow recommendations and updates. Assist with investigating system issues, analyze and develop solutions, maintain files, keep track of tickets, monitor and manage internal processes and maintain tracking log/s.

  • Open Tickets for system issues
  • Provisioning (submit request for internal and external teams)
  • Participates in cross-functional team meetings, including business managers and executives, to understand their information needs and help them make informed decisions.
  • Create/update workflows and guides
  • Approve testing requirements and deployment
  • Coordinate special projects
  • Analyzes trends and patterns to identify areas of improvement
Required Qualifications
  • Strong communication and organizational skills (Verbal, Written, Presentation)
  • Must have the ability to make decisions and problem solve
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Mange multiple priorities and task while maintaining the ability to honor commitments
  • Time Management
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Aetna Medicare systems and resources: MP/Nextgen, CWAS, HRP, GPS, Quickbase, Excel, Teams, Quickbase
  • Initiate tickets
  • Knowledge of Medicare or healthcare
  • Ability to manage effectively with business partners, vendors, and senior leaders.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
We support a hybrid work environment. If selected and you live near a suitable work location, you may be expected to comply with the hybrid work policy. Under the policy, all hires for in-scope populations should be placed into a hybrid or office-based location, working onsite three days a week.

Aetna Service Operations office/hub locations will be discussed with the selected candidate. Education

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $102,000.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
