And we do it all with heart, each and every day.This Senior Analyst position will work with alongside 2-3 other Senior Analysts and under the guidance of a Manager level BA in a "pod-like" structure in support of an operational area within the Senior Supplement Insurance business.

- Captures vendor/customer requirements and turns them into product backlog items or process changes.
- Creates process documentation and translates into user story maps.
- Creates and presents Features/User stories to an agile scrum team and follows the requested changes through to completion.
- Works with Product Owners to support dev team members and perform business checkouts.
- Creatively translates information using business knowledge and identifies additional information needed to support analytical objectives.
- Performs analysis on production issues reported by the operations teams to determine where a root cause originates (internal or vendor systems); can identify the full impact of reported issues to help prioritize solutions and drive remediation.
- Assists in audits and remediation as needed.
- Supports implementation and rollout of vendor/customer products related to operations; works with the training team as needed to ensure operational readiness.
- Coordinates with vendors on issue reporting and resolution.
- Analyzes data for trends and translates data into meaningful information.
- Overall, provides analysis of business implications and applies problem solving skills to meet business needs.
3-5 years' experience in Excel
1-3 years' experience in Microsoft SQL
Familiarity with requirements gathering techniquesPreferred Qualifications
Experience in root cause analysis
Familiarity with Agile principles, SAFe, and ScrumEducation

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $102,000.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
