Position Summary
The Netops Team Lead is responsible for the oversight of Netops inventory to ensure all SLAs and TATs are consistently met. This position will be responsible for the oversight of market specific Netops inventory and processes, workload balancing, staff training, communicating with internal and external teams, collaborating with our market business partners, analyzing data to ensure compliance with state regulations, and acting as Subject Matter Expert for specific markets. The Netops Triage lead will maintain open lines of communication with the leadership team on any issues encountered, as well as provide feedback/recommendations for any process improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications
2-4 years of provider data experience
2-4 years of healthcare or health insurance experience
Excel experience - reporting and pivot tables specifically
Advanced level written and verbal communication skills primarily in a professional environment
Training experience
Preferred Qualifications
QNXT experience
Prodata experience
Data/root cause analysis experience
Team lead/supervisor experience
Education
High School Diploma
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
