As the field-based Security Operations Manager, you are an experienced professional skilled in leading the colleague safety and security program within non-retail environment. The primary mission statement of the Physical Security team is to protect CVS Health's assets, of people, places, and property. As a member of the Enterprise Security Operations team, you will be responsible for carrying out the mission statement across a multi-state geography.

Physical Security Manager strategic alignment provides oversight for corporate offices. The team manages or supports regulatory audit & compliance, physical security assessments, crisis response, guard force management, systems design and integration, construction project management, special event security and a vast assortment of field investigations supporting; Workplace Violence, Theft, Burglary, Robbery, Ethics/HR complaints etc.
The role reports to the Lead Director of the Non-Retail Enterprise Security Operations Team who will provide tactical guidance in support of driving a larger strategic objective.Required Qualifications
- -Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate security with experience as a direct manager
- -Experience in staff management.
- -Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- -Excellent fiscal management skills.
- -Organization skills to simultaneously manage multiple priorities and projects.
- -Ability to successfully navigate in an unpredictable environment supporting teams during emergency or crisis situations.
- -After hours and weekend work may be required during emergency situations.
- -Operate in high stress fast-paced environments.
- -Be field-based in the State of New York or New Jersey and some travel is expected.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in law enforcement/military.Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$72,360.00 - $159,120.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
