We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Health Cloud Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Salesforce Health Cloud and core Salesforce development skills. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare industry standards and the ability to customize and integrate Salesforce HealthCloud to meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Health Cloud Features: Manage patient and care management, care plans, health timelines, assessments, and Field Service Lightning (FSL) scheduler.
  • Healthcare Industry Knowledge: Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations, such as HIPAA.
  • Data Model Expertise: Utilize Health Cloud data models and objects, including FHIR standards.
  • Data Migration and Management: Implement strategies to ensure data accuracy, quality, and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Customization: Customize advanced patient card and timeline views.
Core Development Skills:
  • Salesforce Omni Studio: Build guided interactions and complex data models using FlexCards and Omniscripts.
  • Customization: Customize Salesforce using declarative tools like Flex Cards, Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules.
  • Salesforce Data Cloud: Integrate and manage large-scale data.
  • CI/CD: Implement Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment processes using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, Salesforce Code Builder, and AutoRABIT.
  • Salesforce APIs: Integrate using REST/SOAP/Bulk/Metadata APIs.
  • Data Integration: Perform ETL and data migration tasks.
  • Security: Apply Salesforce security features and best practices.
  • Salesforce Limits: Ensure efficient and scalable application development within Salesforce limitations and governor limits.
  • Field Service Lightning (FSL): Manage field service operations and scheduling.
  • Lightning Components: Develop with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Apex: Write custom code in Apex to create complex business logic and custom applications.
  • Visualforce: Create custom user interfaces with Visualforce pages.
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of implementation experience in Health Cloud declarative customization and core Salesforce development.
  • 2+ years of healthcare industry standards and regulations.
  • 2+ years of experience with source control/GIT and CI/CD tools like AutoRABIT or similar.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills, conversant with both technical and business audiences.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience within the healthcare/Insurance/Payer domains.
  • Familiarity with Scaled Agile software delivery methodologies and tools such as Scrum, Rally.
  • Experience with MuleSoft or other ETL/Middleware tools.
  • Certifications: Health Cloud accreditation, Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer preferred.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Salesforce Certifications: Administrator and Platform Developer I required.
Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$79,310.00 - $158,620.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
