The Resource Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing the entire process of integrating new users into our time tracking application, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. This position involves conducting weekly training sessions to familiarize new users with the application, offering thorough guidance and support. The coordinator will leverage Smartsheet to streamline workflows and improve operational procedures, enhancing both efficiency and accuracy.As Resource Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for examining data extracts to uncover actionable insights and implementing measures to guarantee full compliance and data integrity. You will provide outstanding customer service by assisting users with troubleshooting and resolving any issues they encounter. Additionally, this role is responsible for fostering accountability and alignment across various teams, departments, and vendors to meet project and program objectives.   • Managing end-to-end workflow for onboarding new users into the Clarity PPM time tracking application, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  • Facilitating weekly training sessions to onboard new users into the time tracking application, providing comprehensive guidance and support.
  • Utilizing Smartsheet to automate workflows and enhance operational processes, driving efficiency and accuracy.
  • Analyzing data extracts to identify actionable insights and implement strategies that ensure 100% compliance and data integrity.
  • Taking ownership of process improvement projects, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and implement automation solutions.
  • Preparing and sharing reports that offer useful insights and recommendations to aid in organizational decision-making and planning.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service by assisting application users with troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Creating accountability and alignment across teams, departments, and vendors to achieve project and program goals.
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with business partners to foster collaboration and achieve mutual objectives.
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years Project Management experience, taking initiative and ownership of tasks and projects
  • 2+ years Customer Support experience
  • 2+ years' experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • 2+ years' experience with Smartsheet, MS Planner, Jira, Clarity or comparable Project Management platform
  • 2+ years Resource Planning, Project Implementation, Training Facilitation, Process Improvement
Preferred Qualifications
  • Successful track record of cross-functional project implementation
  • Interested in learning new products and tools to implement improved reporting and process automation
  • Clear and effective communication skills
Education
  • Bachelor's degree or comparable experience required

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $122,400.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
