SIGN ON BONUS - Qualifying candidates is eligible for up to a $15,000 sign on bonus
This is an onsite Nurse position with Aetna working in Scranton, South Carolina with travel being a minimum of 20% of the time (1 day per week).This Health Coach Consultant role is an RN and must report onsite to work every day (this is not a work from home position) and the onsite location is based in Scranton, South Carolina.There is travel a minimum of 1 day per week throughout the state of South Carolina and into Northeast Georgia to visit a variety of stores associated with the plan sponsor.Normal Working Hours: Employee will typically work Monday- Friday 8:00am-4:30pm EST. Some flexibility is required.
The employee will work 4 days per week in Scranton, South Carolina and then travel 1 day per week to locations throughout South Carolina and Northeast Georgia.
This schedule may adjust per the needs of the plan sponsor.There are no weekends or holidays required.Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of clinical experience as an RN in acute care setting (med/surg; ER)
- Must have an active current and unrestricted compact RN licensure in the state of South Carolina
- - Ability to commute to/from Scranton, South Carolina for onsite work each shift; Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm EST.
- Ability to travel a minimum of 1 day per week throughout the state of South Carolina and to Northeast Georgia per the need of the company
- Previous coaching experience
- Managed care experience
- Experience in multiple areas of nursing in an acute setting
- Med/Surg and ER experience
- BSN
BSN preferredPay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$54,095.00 - $116,760.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
