As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be working with hiring managers on requisition management or offer functions for high volume position supporting on the Pharmacy Consumer and Wellness Talent Acquisition Team.This role requires timely and efficient response to hiring manager inquiries. Your efforts will be a critical part of the high volume hiring process that helps keep our locations fully staffed with engaged professionals.Additional responsibilities of the Recruiting Coordinator include:-Using the Applicant Tracking System as well as other HR systems to execute defined business processes in accordance with the company hiring practices.- Delivery of outstanding customer service through a strong commitment to candidate and client needs- Accurately communicating information over the phone and in writing to assist in expediting the job posting and/or offer process.To be successful within this role, you must:

Required Qualifications
-1+ year of experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or retail store hiring
- Previous experience using Workday applicant tracking system
- Demonstrated ability to process information efficiently, accurately, and thoroughlyEducation
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred Anticipated Weekly Hours

The typical pay range for this role is:$17.00 - $28.46This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
