Within our fast-growing retail media network, CVS Media Exchange (CMX), we are seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager. This leader is responsible for leading the development and execution of comprehensive marketing and sales enablement strategies that work backwards from the needs of our customers and drive awareness and adoption of digital solutions. In this role, you will partner with cross functional teams to conduct research and build business cases to shape the digital product strategy and roadmap. With a growing suite of advertising products, you will develop go-to-market strategies and plans that include persona definition, audience & measurement product positioning, and messaging, and craft materials for Sales and external stakeholders to drive product adoption and revenue.The ideal candidate will be collaborative, results oriented, and manically focused on building product strategies that solve market needs - with a track record of successfully launching features in the market. As part of a small team, you will need to be comfortable operating with autonomy and thrive in a startup environment. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will also have strong writing and communication skills, and proven ability to own new initiatives in partnership with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, data science & more). Experience working in media or retail advertising is preferred.Your responsibilities will include:
  • Craft and execute product-specific marketing plans and strategies to advance CMX audience & measurement positioning and adoption
  • Develop client-centric audience & measurement narratives to ensure continuity of messaging and presentation of product value and benefits
  • Provide guidance to the data science & business intelligence teams on their go-to-market strategy and identify channels, tactics, and content for campaigns
  • Build marketing & sales enablement strategies that translate technical information into commercially relevant assets including presentations, product videos, sell sheets, case studies, infographics, PR and more
  • Be the advocate and voice of the customer by leveraging primary and secondary research to get a deeper understanding of our customer segments and markets and sharing with internal teams
Location

This role is hybrid and commutable to one of the following Corporate Hubs, which you must work in the office of 3 days a week (Tuesday - Thursday): Wellesley, MA, Woonsocket, RI, New York, NY, Blue Bell, PA, or Chicago, IL. Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of marketing experience with a foundation of retail/CPG ecosystem and digital media
  • 3+ years cross-functional leadership experience
  • 2+ years of retail media or retail agency strategy experience
  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience including examples of testing and validating new opportunities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in product marketing for digital advertising, B2B software, data products, or ideally, Retail Media
  • Clear understanding of the retail media landscape and solid understanding of advertising ecosystem and platforms
  • Proven ability to work cross functionally with data science, product management, marketing and sales teams
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and oral forms across a diverse audience base
  • Structured thinker and analytical, comfortable mining and utilizing data for strategy and collateral creation
  • Self-motivated and embrace working in a continuously evolving, fast-paced environment
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent (HS Diploma and 4 years of experience) required.Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$82,940.00 - $199,144.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.Our people fuel our future.
