This is a remote opportunity. Preference given to individuals available to work east coast hours.Dynamic Salesforce Product Manager position in Aetna's Clinical Enablement organization. The position's focus is on the configuration/build of a new Health Cloud Org that will consolidate multiple legacy Care Management solutions into a single system called The One CM Platform. The role will lead a multiple Salesforce Scrum Teams and become a trusted advisor that's able to "talk the talk" with Salesforce Technology. Join our team of Product professionals and be on the front lines of influencing/delivering Clinical Care Management solutions. Key components of this role include:

  • Develops roadmaps, feature creation and prioritizes backlog
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with various level of management, ability to translate business need into system requirements is a must.
  • Strategic thinker, that understands and can bring together the end to end healthcare concepts that result in improved member experiences.
  • Concise documentation of decisions, workflows, controls points, and business processes as reference to support approved project scope.
  • Works across all program teams to track business readiness status, identify risks and issues for escalation and determine readiness for implementation
  • Identifies process gaps and opportunities for optimization across the program
  • Collaborates and partners with other teams to ensure all workflow processes and interdependencies are identified and addressed.
  • Influences change in order to improve performance results, organization effectiveness and/or systems/quality/services.
  • Collaboratively works across teams to obtain agreement from all impacted parties
  • Ability to use creative and analytic skills to translate the business needs into project outcomes.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
  • Supports the implementation of Agile methodology, identifying opportunities to advance Agile principles at the team and program level
  • Develops regular executive reporting to demonstrate progress on business readiness
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Project Management/Clinical Experience
  • Salesforce Administrator Certified a MUST
  • 5+ years of Salesforce technology experience
  • 5+ years of Product Owner Experience
  • Proven track record in meeting project milestones, negotiating for resources and determining work priority
  • Good business acumen
Preferred Qualifications
  • Scaled Agile certification or equivalent.
  • Health Cloud experience a Huge Plus
Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$100,000.00 - $231,540.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
