The Analytics & Behavior Change team is seeking a highly motivated and innovative Product Manager to play a critical role in the development and enhancement of a cutting-edge healthcare cost estimation tool. This individual will coordinate across a cross-functional team of machine learning engineers, data scientists and data engineers to build a transformative industry leading cost estimator tool for Aetna members. The candidate will create tools that simplify the understanding of healthcare costs and benefits leveraging cutting edge technologies (e.g., genAI). This tooling will empower members to make informed decisions, ultimately leading to better health outcomes. The ideal candidate will have experience and passion for improving healthcare outcomes utilizing analytics and technology.Required Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in product management and/or data analytics data science
- Proven experience in developing and deploying ML or AI based products in a production environment.
- Ability to anticipate and prevent roadblocks through a project lifecycle and drive resolution/mitigation
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present complex ideas to various audiences
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Passion for improving healthcare access and affordability
- Prior exposure to statistical modeling techniques, including regression, classification, and time series analysis.
- Strong data mining skills in SQL and/or Python
- Experience with healthcare data, including claims data, provider data, and clinical data.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) tools
- Knowledge of healthcare economics, claims operations and reimbursement methodologies.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Masters or MBA preferred

The typical pay range for this role is:$111,240.00 - $222,480.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
