Position Summary
Responsible for coordinating, facilitating and managing team activities for quality on time delivery of multiple work sets within the Plan Sponsor domain suite of technical applications.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Assists in managing the day-to-day complex business and program requests to support the organization's overall goals and objectives.
  • Assesses files, reports, and financial records, and manages department record retention.
  • Create work request documentation for varies delivery items (Small Enhancement and Break Fix items).
  • Coordination of various functional teams, task assignments, status gathering from team members.
  • Conduct meetings with stakeholders to review and prioritize upcoming work requests and create documentation to present to the change control and regulatory board.
  • Facilitate weekly meetings to review delivery status, risks, and issues for the Plan Sponsor domain with all stakeholders.
  • Manage the financials for enhancements and baseline activities within the plan sponsor domain delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing backlog work intake process.
  • Provide staffing forecasts and allocations in Clarity and maintain annual budgets, work load balancing and work assignments.
  • Perform analysis and reporting to track overall domain health including task maintenance in clarity.
  • Lead and facilitate release tracking and release communication including periodic weekend support.
  • Create, update, and maintain work product catalog, playbook, increment plan and team meeting cadence - escalation sheet documents.
  • Audit team activities for completion of on time delivery.
  • Review and communicate the Enterprise Delivery Framework updates to the team. Coach and mentor as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience in business segment related to policy, benefits, and plan design.
  • 2-3 years of experience in healthcare industry.
  • Experience with AGILE methodology. End to End Domain level Agile model.
  • Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle many work assignments based on work priority shifts.
  • Experience managing multiple work sets and maintaining annual budgets.
  • Working knowledge of business segment specific codes, products, and terminology.

  • Ability to evaluate options and identify action plans to resolution.
  • Interpersonal, problem resolution and critical thinking skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong facilitation and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle conflict management with grace.
  • Ability to present an outcome or position even if unfavorable.
  • At least 1 year of experience managing a production-oriented or delivery team.
  • Experience in Clarity or equivalent task and financial forecasting tool.
  • SAFE practices or able to work in SAFE practices with Agile methodologies.
  • Proven advanced problem-solving skills, independent worker and self-starter.
  • Advanced QuickBase skills (the ability to write code and formulas for advance QuickBase design and reporting)
  • Demonstration of leadership and management skills.

  • Tools: Open-Source Eclipse, IBM Rational Application Developer, IBM Data Studio, GITHUB Desktop, WINSCP, SOAP UI, Postman, Tableau, RTC, JIRA
  • Microsoft tools: PowerPoint, excel, word

.Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science & Engineering and/or (HS diploma + 4 years equivalent/relevant experience)
Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$101,970.00 - $203,940.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
