- Gathers supplies and equipment for patient orders and coordinates equipment tracking procedures in preparation for shipment/delivery.
- Coordinates time schedules and distributing routes between pharmacy, nursing, and patient and ensures proper rotation and maintenance of inventory.
- Assists with inventory control, such as, purchasing, receiving, stocking, and recordkeeping.
- Maintains delivery log of activities and documents supplies on the Patient Delivery Record.
- Retrieves, cleans, and processes returned equipment and supplies upon discharge from patient service.
- Handles incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining communication with delivery employees regarding equipment orders and patient problems.
- Basic awareness of problem solving and decision making skills

In this dynamic role, you will assist with the picking/packing, shipping/receiving, and inventory of medical products utilizing multiple technology platforms. The ideal individual for this role will be able to lift medical supplies weighing a minimum of 25-pounds at a time, has a highly reliable approach to regular work attendance, possess a strong desire to ensuring high service standards, be comfortable with using numerous software platforms, and have a desire to continuously learn and grow their skillsets.
As a Warehouse Representative, you will...
Ensure proper rotation and maintenance of inventory.
Assist in the purchasing of medical supplies and equipment.
Follow processes for inventory control measures including: receiving, stocking, regular cycle inventory cycle counts to maintain proper levels, and stock rotation to follow product dating practices; as well as record keeping of products, shipping documentation, and patient information tied to daily shipments.
Pick and pull medical supplies and equipment for patient orders, in preparation for shipment and delivery of product to a patient's home or to other pharmacy branch locations.
Work in a fast paced environment ensuring the timely completion of all tasks related to patient shipments and the pharmacy support operations
Work closely with UPS, Federal Express and multiple transportation vendors to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
Maintain a clean, safe warehouse/workplace environment and monitor equipment to ensure functionality is adequate or repairs can be processed.
Regularly coordinate with multiple departments to meet the needs of all involved to the operational objectives.
Monitor stock levels of a rotating list of products
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position has the following lifting requirements :
Frequently lift 20-45 pounds
Occasionally lift greater than 45-75 pounds
Ability to constantly stand, walk, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders throughout the duration of the workday.Required Qualifications
Minimum one year warehouse experience.
Minimum one year customer service experience.
Minimum one year experience working in Microsoft Office; specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Ability to lift a minimum of 25lbs
Ability to work on feet for an 8 hour shift.Preferred Qualifications
Motorized warehouse equipment experience (Forklift, powered pallet jacks)
Medical warehouse or healthcare experience.
Experience with SAP inventory systems or similar platforms
Experience with Epic medical systems or similar platforms
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as reliable
teammate
Active Pharmacy Tech license is a plus
Education

The typical pay range for this role is:$16.00 - $28.84This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
