Directs workflow for multiple back-end departments to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time. Advises on strategy for implementation of major back-end projects and plans in support of organizational goals.
What you will do
- Coordinates processes and assignments for supervisors and individual contributors to achieve the Back End OCR area's goals.
- Advises team on policies and procedures to ensure compliance and achievement of the organization's goals and objectives for Back End OCR.
- Analyzes operating metrics and performance in comparison with established objects and advises on corrective action for areas of risk.
- Ensures compliance with all government regulations.
- Devises communication strategy to maintain efficient back-end operations throughout the organization.
- Establishes payroll and courier cost parameters.
- Conducts performance appraisals to assist in employee development.
- Manages operational aspects of the team (e.g., budget, performance, and compliance), and implements workforce and succession plans to meet business needs.
- Working knowledge of execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
- Working knowledge of business intelligence
- Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills
- Adept at collaboration and teamwork
- Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
- Registered Pharmacy Technician in the state of Georgia.
- PTCB certification.

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $102,000.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
