As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for a large, complex and high-profile book of business. You will be expected to work independently and support new business implementations for critical clients. In this role, you will be required to demonstrate a high-level of quality client service through the execution of accuracy, responsiveness, reliability, integrity and professionalism on every interaction in a fast-paced operational environment. You will position yourself as a lead on larger account work activity and drive day-to-day client activities, which include managing the resolution status of routine to complex requests related to our clients' benefit plans, setting up new plans, optimizing plan changes, analyzing complex problems, identifying root causes and assisting with driving practical and creative solutions.As a Senior Account Manager, you will be expected to foster team work and collaboration and extend accountability across internal departments to ensure client needs and expectations are met. You will elevate as a peer leader within the department and serve as a subject matter expert, fulfilling the function of both a resource and mentor to new and tenured account managers within the organization. Your responsibilities will also include providing peers with direction on program requirements and supporting training initiatives, while providing feedback and recommended solutions for process efficiencies. You will own client-level and department-level projects alike and manage those projects end-to-end with high-quality and efficiency.In the role, you must be able to travel up to 30%. Travel may require, but is not limited; to flights, overnight stays, local travel on short notice and other travel deemed necessary by the Company.Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Account Management, Insurance, Healthcare, Benefits, or related industry experience
• Knowledge of Prescription Benefit Management (PBM) industry
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Web applications
• Ability to travel up to 30%
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with multiple intranet and extranet systems, CRM, or adjudication platforms (i.e., SalesForce, Peoplesafe, AS400 system knowledge, etc.)

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work ExperiencePay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
