Position Summary
As a Pharmacy Clerk, you will support the Mendota Heights branch with a variety of administrative tasks, ranging from medical record support to interacting with members of our clinical teams. Provide administrative support to the branch manager and staff while assisting with receptionist responsibilities as needed.

As a Pharmacy Clerk you will...
- Assist in maintaining branch record keeping binders.
- Assist with the preparation and logging of patient medical
records and branch records for external storage.
- File, fax, and scan medical documents to appropriate
departments.
- Maintains office supplies and equipment.
-Work with the clinical staff to track down labs and clinical notes from the MD office
This is a full-time, benefited position and is
NOT through an agency.
Required Qualifications
-Minimum one year experience in customer service
-Minimum one year experience working in Microsoft
Office, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum one year related experience
Education
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$17.00 - $31.30
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
