Exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Pharmacist to join our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy located in Fairfield, NJ!The primary responsibility of the Pharmacist is to ensure accuracy when performing all duties associated with the dispensing of pharmaceuticals, provide customer service to patients and healthcare professionals, and provide direction and guidance to supporting staff. Required Qualifications
- Six months of experience as a pharmacist.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in mail order, hospital or retail pharmacy preferred.
- Prefer six months of work experience in a pick/pack/ship environment.
- Prefer three months of work with computersPhysical Requirements
- Must be able to stand for duration of shift (8-10 hours).
- Must be able to repeatedly lift 5-10 lbs. for duration of shift. Must
be able to occasionally lift up to 30-50 lbs during a shift. Reaching and grasping objects at various levels is required. While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee is required to utilize a keyboard and operate departmental machinery.Education
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (Pharm D preferred)
- Current Pharmacist License (New Jersey) in good standing, based on applicable state licensing requirementsPay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$60.58 - $101.54This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
