Patient Care supervisors will...
• Provides timely coaching and feedback to staff.
• Ensures work assignments are completed accurately, efficiently, and timely.
• Ensures individual and team benchmarks are achieved.
• Responsible for hiring, coaching, conducting performance appraisals and disciplining subordinate staff.
• Provides guidance and leadership for staff to ensure employees are achieving customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem solving, professional phone etiquette and efficient processes.
• Resolves patient/customer complaints by identifying problems and coordinating appropriate corrective action.
• Performs quality control checks on subordinate staff.
• Identifies errors and inconsistencies to established procedures and ensures appropriate corrective action is taken.
• Ensures ongoing communication with branch and billing center management, other branch departments and/or other branch offices.
• Troubleshoots problems.
• Acts as a resource to subordinate staff to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
• Completes and passes associated payer training.
• Complies with and adheres to all regulatory compliance areas, policies and procedures and "best practices."
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
This is a full-time, permanent, salaried benefited position and is NOT through an agency. Typical work hours for this role are Monday - Friday, between 8:00AM - 5:00PM, with some after hours and weekend work required.

The typical pay range for this role is:$43,888.00 - $76,500.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
