This role requires adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving work environment, where priorities and demands may change frequently. This person will be able to think critically and communicate effectively to resolve issues and seek clarification from colleagues and supervisors as needed.

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years' demonstrating the ability to develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams and departments.
  • 2+ years' of applying critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and demonstrating a detail-oriented workstyle
  • 2+ years' of applying excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 2+ years' experience with prioritizing and managing multiple tasks on a regular basis with high level of detail
  • 2+ years of experience with standard corporate software applications, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as some special proprietary applications
  • 3+ months exposure to driving solutions to challenging customer or internal situations autonomously and understanding when to raise risk and inform relevant stakeholders
  • 2+ years of being a motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently with limited direction and supervision
  • Demonstrated clear and concise communication skills (written and verbal) with large audiences (e.g., departments, leaders)
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years' experience executing and processing invoices, or related administrative/clerical work
  • 3+ years' demonstrated experience with cross-team collaboration or external business partners and clients
  • 3+ years' experience of baseline reporting using PowerPoint or similar design and development tools
  • 1+ years' experience working with WFM industry standard software (Verint, IEX, etc.)
  • Exposure to analyzing KPI trends and results, & dissemination designed for executive level leadership (VP & above)
  • Exposure to project management processes and/or software
  • Prior call center or customer service experience.
  • Exposure to PowerBI

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
