This is a remote role with some travel to warehouse locations as needed to collaborate with teams, implement improvements, and gain firsthand operational insights. In this role, you will leverage data and analytics through the lens of warehouse operations to drive efficiency, streamline processes, and optimize performance. Your expertise in SQL, Snowflake, and Power BI will help transform complex data into actionable insights that improve warehouse execution and decision-making.Key Responsibilities:

- Leverage Warehouse Management Software (WMS) to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.

- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide real-time visibility into key warehouse performance metrics.

- Extract, manipulate, and analyze data using SQL to uncover trends, optimize workflows, and support decision-making.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with warehouse teams, IT, and leadership to drive operational improvements.

- Design and manage semantic data models to ensure consistency and accuracy across reports.

- Apply warehouse or manufacturing experience to understand operational challenges and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

- Communicate findings effectively to key stakeholders through clear, actionable insights.

- Take a proactive, problem-solving approach to process optimization, automation, and efficiency gains.

- Work as a team player in a fast-paced environment while also thriving in independent, self-directed tasks.

- Bonus: Experience with Power Apps is a plus but not required.Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- 1+ years of experience in warehouse or manufacturing operations.

- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Snowflake (or similar data warehouse), and Power BI.

- Strong SQL proficiency with the ability to write complex queries and optimize performance.Preferred Qualifications:

- UI and table experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.

- Experience working with semantic layers for structured data modeling.

- Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into business insights.

- Design, Develop, and Optimize data models (star / Snowflake schema) for reporting and analytics.

- Automate data refresh processes and workflow approvals using Power Automate

- Meticulous attention to detail when creating and modifying Power BI reports.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a remote team.

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
