The Network Success team is responsible for clinical leadership and strategic clinical quality oversight of Signify Health's clinician network conducting in-home and virtual health evaluations. The team provides clinical support to the network, ensuring clinicians deliver a high quality, high-value service.As an integral part of the Network Success team, you will perform various administrative tasks to directly support the team in meeting its department productivity, quality and customer service goals. You will also have the opportunity to positively impact clinician satisfaction by providing best-in class frontline customer service to clinicians and other internal stakeholders who call our department seeking clinical support.This role will report to the Director of Clinical Operations, Network Success.What will you do?

  • Assist Network Success department with day to day operational and administrative support
  • Provide best-in-class customer service by answering inbound calls received for the Network Success team during normal Signify business hours and routing to the appropriate team member
  • Follow up on inbound departmental inquiries received by email and voicemail promptly Book, adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments with various Network Success team members as requested
  • Follow HIPAA and other security and privacy guidelines when handling protected health information accessed during normal work activities.
  • Daily monitoring of Network Success department Salesforce clinical dashboard queues; Create, upload and assign work in Salesforce to appropriate Network Success team members as directed
  • Run various weekly and monthly Salesforce and PowerBi dashboard reports
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
We are looking for someone with:
  • At least 1+ year experience in a high volume call center or office environment.
  • At least 1+ year experience in an administrative assistant role.
  • Ability to fluently speak, read and write English
  • Consistent track record of efficiency in managing a diverse scope of tasks while meeting established deadlines
  • Reliable and professional in conduct with excellent oral, written and telephonic communication skills
  • Experience working with multiple computer systems/applications at the same time.
  • Demonstrated customer service/customer relationship management acumen
  • Possess strong attention to detail and organization with proven ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Possess basic skills in MS Office; moderate skills in Google Suite; Power BI, Salesforce or Five-9 experience preferred; keyboarding proficiency skills required

The typical pay range for this role is:$17.00 - $28.46This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
