We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a DNS/DHCP/IPAM Operations Support Engineer. In this role, you will be part of a team responsible for the management and support of DNS (Domain Name System), DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol), and IPAM (IP Address Management) services to ensure efficient network operations. Specifically utilizing Infoblox tools. You will work closely with senior network engineers and IT teams to maintain the health and performance of the enterprise network infrastructure.

- Assist in the administration and management of DNS, DHCP, and IPAM systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, and IP address allocation issues, ensuring optimal network performance.
- Support the provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of DNS and DHCP services, including zone creation, record updates, and lease management.
- Participate in the development and maintenance IP address management databases to ensure the accurate assignment and tracking of IP addresses.
- Assist with troubleshooting network connectivity issues related to DNS and DHCP.
- Work with senior administrators to support network upgrades, patches, and security configurations related to DNS, DHCP, and IPAM.
- Document configurations, procedures, and network changes to maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure compliance with company standards and best practices for DNS, DHCP, and IPAM management.
- Participate in ongoing learning and development to enhance technical expertise in DNS, DHCP, and IPAM.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, subnets, routing, etc.).
- Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, and IPAM technologies.
- Experience with networking tools and troubleshooting techniques (ping, traceroute, nslookup, etc.).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- This position requires some out of hours work as well as participation in an on-call rotation.

- Experience with DNS and DHCP servers (such as Microsoft DNS/DHCP or BIND).

- Basic knowledge of firewall and security concepts.
- Basic knowledge of routing and switching functionality and concepts
- Understanding of scripting or automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

The typical pay range for this role is:$72,100.00 - $158,620.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
